To register in ISGC, you have to create an account and complete the registration form.
You can modify your information, add attendee(s), participate the exhibition and in the business convention. You can checkout your order(s) on the dashboard.
Note that full registration is achieved when payment has been received.

Registration opening: November 15th, 2024
Before March 15th, 2025: Early bird registration (note that you can pay after this date !)
Students:
A special discounted registration rate is offered for full-time students. Delegates registering as students must show their student identification at the registration desk when they collect their badge.
Accompanying persons:
Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcome Reception on 12 May 2025 and coffee breaks. They will be able to access to the exhibition area, but they are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.

Registration and cancellation policy:
Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to WildEvents by email contact@isgc-symposium.com or by fax at +33 (0)8 90 20 15 48
For any cancellation received before February 28th 2025: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (including French VAT)
For any cancellation received between February 28th and April 1st 2025 refund of 50% of the fee (including French VAT). For any cancellation received after April 2nd 2025: no refund

2. Register in ISGC 2022
On your dashboard, you can register in ISGC, add participant, reserve a booth, ... checkout and pay. Up on receipt of your pre-registration, a confirmation with a registration number will be sent by email. Thank you to specify this number in all our exchanges.
